Bumberg HUD-1 Online at our Web site, is a single-closing version of the popular, full-featured QuickClose Pro software. In developing the online version, Blumberg partnered with Savant Software, LLC., a firm that has provided software solutions to the settlement service industry for many years.

With HUD-1 Online, law firms and the settlement service industry can benefit from powerful software on a pay-per-use basis. The software provides the considerable benefits of electronic forms preparation, with customizeable line titles and notes and automatic calculation and recalculation, as revisions are made and saved. The database also retains common filer information for later closings.

The program prints letter or legal size HUD-1 and HUD-1a forms, as well as IRS form 1099, copy b and copy c. In-depth, line-by-line official instructions guide the user through the form-completion process.

Once the software is downloaded at our Web site, confidential information is kept on the user’s local drive. After the data is entered and verified using the preview screens, printing is simply a matter of returning on-line and entering credit card data for one or more closings.
