We have an ASP document imaging system that allows our clients to take advantage of the wave of document scanning without the hassles and costs of implementing their own document imaging system.

We use sophisticated document-scanning equipment and software coupled with easy and efficient document delivery to ensure fast and reliable information for the end users. The system can be used as a stand-alone digital document library, attached to an existing intranet or hosted by Millennia Group as an Internet site.

It's a great tool for leases, closing binders, financial statements, invoices, due diligence documents and reports. We scan and index the documents and then organize the digital files (in pdf format) so that users can easily access the documents however they need to.

We can host Internet-based war rooms and vast amounts of due diligence (cmbs) documents on a secure web site or distribute the documents on CD-ROM.
