Description:
e-Bench is a Web based desktop computer tool for measuring the energy and environmental efficiency of a facility and comparing it to benchmarks established from other facilities around the country.

It is a mechanism to highlight opportunities for efficiency improvements and to indicate the potential savings to be made.
