DL Drafting Libraries is a series of document assembly programs designed for attorneys. The programs are state-specific, reflecting the laws and practices of each state.
There are at least 18 "libraries" for each state, including contracts of sale for residential and commercial realty, store and office lease riders, net leases, notes and mortgages (deeds of trust), corporate kits, shareholders agreements, limited/general partnership agreements, limited liability companies, business sales, wills, inter vivos trusts, separation agreements and prenuptial agreements.
