Description:
Kluso SimpleForm allows you to toggle from automated form to digital camera on your PDA, allowing you to collect photos and data all at once. Smartfield technology in the form allows you to build drop down list content in the field, toggle to camera and take a photo for your record. Leave the jobsite with a completed report. Upon hook up to PC, your PDA will export data, build a spreadsheet of your observations, and print a completed report with photo for your records, all with one button. Kluso SimpleForm automates your field data collection and provides photo/data capability out of the box with little setup time. Use it over and over--just wipe the drop downs clean and add your new data for use in the field. Kluso SimpleForm provides true bottom up data capture and reporting.
