Add-on modules give you extended functionality: xmMOBILE for PDA-based work orders and inspections allows you to access, update and close out work orders electronically. Enter inspection data or mark inspection points for follow-up for safety, property conditions, move in/move out, meter updates, and more. Create new work orders on the fly, track time as tasks are completed, assign labor and parts, add notes and comments, and save time by eliminating rekeying of information.
xmWEB for Web-based work requests allows users to submit work requests and follow the status of the requests via the Internet. The simple interface makes it easy to use, and automating the request process saves everyone time.
xmREQUEST for network-based work requests enables anyone on the network, including remote users, to send work requests and check work status from their computers.
xmATRAK for PDA-based barcode-enabled asset tracking gives you the ability to record receipt of new assets, track asset locations, find missing assets, and document assets for security or insurance purposes.
xmITRAK for PDA-based barcode-enabled inventory control allows you to track inventory electronically, including automatically updating quantities for accuracy, printing variance reports and identifying shortages.
xmEXEC, executive maintenance information manager, allows you to import maintenance data from multiple sites into one master database file for summary, analysis and comparison reporting.
xmKTRAK for key control enables you to identify keys issued to any building, area or room so you'll know exactly who has which keys, how many keys are issued, and which keys have been returned or are still outstanding.
xmTTRAK for tool management allows you to assign and track tools so you'll always know who used which tool last, where tools are located, and what serial numbers and other detailed information are associated with each tool.
xmLABOR for work order time entry gives you the option to track labor, including name, date and time, without accessing MicroMain XM and gives your maintenance employees a fast and easy way to enter time on work orders.
