Description: Deed-Writer is an add-on tool for our Subdivide 7.0 software that creates a deed or legal description right from your drawing. Imagine that you’ve created a new subdivision, and now you need to create deeds for all of the lots. With Deed-Writer, simply click on a lot in your drawing and a basic metes and bounds legal description is created for you. Next, use the built-in word processor to add the finishing touches and save it, print it, or paste it into Word or WordPerfect.
