EasyDocs provides complete solution for document automation, assembly and case management for law firms. It is an excellent tool to increase office productivity by automating the forms you typically use and produce documents more quickly and more efficiently.  Most government forms required for any law practice are readily available on web and can be added to EasyDocs as your own template.

Greatly reduce the time spent preparing repetitive forms and drop the error rate considerably by eliminating the word processing errors. Track status of all cases, history of documents prepared, and your contact database, all within one program.

KEY PROGRAM FEATURES

Increase your productivity, automate standard forms you typically use to create documents more quickly.

  • Generate and organize case documents in Word or PDF format very easily.

  • Add your Existing word templates or quickly create new templates. Once added to EasyDocs, you can use to create new case documents based on your templates with a single click.

  • Add fillable PDF forms.  Once added to EasyDocs, use PDF forms just like any other template. 

  • Organize your templates based on practice, state and categories. Allows you to quickly locate needed templates for each case.

  • Preview assembled documents any time.

  • All case documents are stored in the same client folder by default. Makes organizing and locating specific case files a breeze.

  • Track progress of each case with the associated Task List. Customize task list for each of your firm's practice areas. Now, each new case in that practice will start with your customized task list.

  • History window provides a list of all the documents prepared for a specific case. Recreate any previously created document from the History tab with one-click.

  • Set "Preferences" for each user's needs. Allows to set default practice, state, task file, case document folder and mark various templates visibility ON/OFF. Each user can have their own settings.

  • Keep track of ALL of the open cases at one place in Case Log. Directly edit each case's task list in the Case Log.

  • Work in a network environment, with all document templates and case documents located on a central file server.

  • For Real Estate Cases, automatically import Easy HUD data.
