Description:
The Pipeline Solutions Loan Processor for Windows gives you the power you need to process conventional, FHA, VA and custom loan programs at a fraction of the cost of comparable systems.

Data entry is fast and easy. You can click on the navigation bar to instantly move to any form. Once you complete the loan setup, good faith estimate and loan application, your loan submission documents are 95 percent complete. All calculations are completed automatically and data carries from one form to the next.

The system features a detailed prequalification and loan comparison option that allows you to quickly take borrower information over the phone and qualify and compare up to three loans. You can then produce qualification certificates, side-by-side loan comparisons and open house flyers.

The system fully supports fixed-rate, ARM, GPM, buydown, balloon, construction, interest only, deferred payment, GEM, home equity, reverse mortgage and second mortgage loan programs. You can store your favorite programs in the loan program database and populate much of the good faith estimate automatically when creating a new loan file.

You get support for Fannie Mae’s Mornet Plus Desktop Originator/Underwriter and Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector. You can also interface the system with your credit reporting software.

With the completely integrated Word Processor, you can create custom documents and merge borrower data automatically.

Title and escrow fee calculations are a snap with the integrated Title and Escrow Fee Plan option. You can even support different title and escrow company fee schedules.

Advanced loan tracking and reporting are also included. You can print loan status reports for loan officers, loan processors, branches and many other loan related parties.

You get a data import and export facility and a complete telecommunications system that provides for secure branch to home office communications. You can export data to popular document preparation and HMDA reporting software.
