Description: WebDocs allow all mortgage lenders to produce a complete set of loan documents ready for their borrower to sign and close the loan. It is entirely Internet-based. Go to our website and sign up as a customer of ours with no minimum number of loans required.
Once you have determined that we have your lenders/investors loan programs ready you can produce unlimited loan document sets. You can upload your loan data from loan origination software such as Calyx "Point" so the process is entirely automated. You will get your loans returned via email, ready to print and sign at any HP Laserjet compatible printer. You will be billed for the loans on a monthly statement. Custom loan documents are an everyday event and we have 7,000 documents in our library.
