With a click of your mouse button you can view:
• All properties
• Listings and rentals only
• Properties in escrow or with pending contracts only
• Properties that have closed
• Commission amounts for sellers or buyers side including commission disbursement and unlimited user defined commission plans.
• Check if the property is a house listing, outside listing, house sale or outside sale
• Contractors, insurance and utilities for each property.
Merge escrow amendments, documents to sellers, buyers and agents using Microsoft Word. Use the e-mail button to send property information via e-mail to another real estate agent. If not online, message will be placed in the Outlook outbox.
