PropertyBoss® is a software product designed to simplify the tasks of property managers. PropertyBoss may be deployed as a stand-alone application, a network application, or a web-hosted application. PropertyBoss automates rent/late fee posting, investor reporting, renter statements, letter writing, property listings with pictures and maps, and tasks/work orders. It exchanges information with QuickBooks™, Word, Excel, and Crystal Reports. The system is a true 32-bit Windows system complete with an industry-leading relational database and runs on Windows 98, 2000, NT, ME and XP.
Task Management - Keep up with your backlog of tasks and work orders. Colors tell you the status of each task. Print a task list or individual work orders with maps and directions to give to vendors.
Rent Management - Automatic posting of rent due, late fees, late notices, and recurring charges. No more manual posting. Print automatic receipts for tenant payments. Tenant payments automatically update owner accounts.
Lease Management - The customizable Rent Roll shows you the property, tenant, balance, and status of each lease. Print the Rent Roll as a worksheet. Colors tell you the status of each lease.
Letter Writing - Customize lease agreements, letters, forms, mailing labels with tenant/owner/property information. Use with Microsoft Word or Blue Moon Software.
Reports and Graphs - Customize and save any report or graph. Choice of owner and tenant statements. Need more reporting? Export reports to Excel. Use Microsoft Office™ or Crystal Reports™ to write your own reports from the PropertyBoss data.
QuickBooks - Exchange information with QuickBooks™. Use your QuickBooks™ chart of accounts and vendor list in Property Boss. Send bills to QuickBooks™ for payment and tenant payments to QuickBooks™ for deposit. Use the advanced features of QuickBooks™ like payroll, electronic payment of bills, budgeting, etc.
Property Boss™ is particularly well-suited for companies managing multiple sites. Property Boss™ handles all of the site-based accounting and reporting needs and works with QuickBooks in the home office for company-wide, consolidated reporting.
Add your own fields - Keep the information you want about properties, owners, tenants, and site managers. Create an unlimited number of fields (text, date, checkbox, currency, etc.). Property Boss Navigator provides single click access to all your activities arranged by the way you work. Single click access to registers through the Rent Roll. E-Mail Integration – Supports full range of e-mail capabilities including HTML-based newsletters sent to residents, prospects, owners, vendors, etc. You can e-mail any report to anyone.
Security – Restrict access to Property Boss windows by user. Customize security by role or by user. Security Logging reports track changes made to properties, units, leases, and transactions. Simple reporting enables you to view changes by user, by day, or by type of change.
