The Resort Administator is a great tool for property managers of short-term or nightly rental units. You can make reservations on the computer and keep track of owners, vendors, guests, units and expenses. The program is very easy to learn and use. Many of our users have not even opened the manual.

There are numerous reports available that will assist in your day-to-day operations. Check-in and check-out reports show who is coming and going. This assists in having everything ready for the guests and provides an easy reference for the cleaning team. The vendor makes it easy to track what work order has been ordered, when it is completed and the cost.

Profit and loss reports are available for each unit, owners and management. A report can be printed at any time for the period you select. Tax payments due can be easily determined.

Make a reservation, send a confirmation letter and have a statement printed, all within minutes. There are even 3 seasonal rates. This software calculates the owner's share of income AND gives the managemant company its percent.
