Payment &Subscription options
Problem:
I am very satisfied with the trial and I wish to pay to keep my website online. What are my options?Solution:
You can access our offers from inside your NetReal Control Panel account as well (you need to be logged in). Press on the My Account tab in the left-side menu to expand this section, then click on the "Payments&Subscriptions" link, the third link in the submenu.
Alternatively, if you are already logged in, from the NetReal homepage, click on the Pricing and features link from the right-side INSIDE NETREAL menu. You will be taken to a page, which contains detailed explanations about every type of subscription. You don't have to be logged in to access and use this page.
You have two options:
The NetReal Premium package and The NetReal VIP package, each with monthly or yearly subscriptions.
Pricing is simple:
1. The Premium Membership - $14.49/month, $149/year
There is no startup fee and you can cancel whenever you want.
Website sections:
For your profile - The Home page and the About Me page contain photos, bio and any other information about yourself you wish to include. The Testimonials page is the expression of your satisfied customers.
For your listings - These pages are especially build for showcasing your listings: Featured listings, Rental properties, and More listings (for your MLS/IDX listings).
For interacting with your visitors - The Contact Me and Email Me pages allow your visitors to get in touch with you; The Home Evaluation and Want to Buy a Home page help you get leads and provide assistance to visiting home sellers and buyers.
For resources - These pages contain resources for your visitors: the Community Info page for the neighborhood your are farming in, the Resource Center and the Recommended Links page with useful information and links for your visitors, Calculators, Weather Forecast and a comprehensive Glossary. The resources sections is filled with quality content from NetReal.
Four custom pages - You can use these pages for anything else you might need to make your website complete.
Domain and hosting
With the NetReal Premium Package, you will get one subdomain (www.yourname.netreal.net), as well as hosting.
You can also register and host your own domain name (www.myname.com) with NetReal for only $25 per year. If you already own a domain name and only need hosting, the price is $15 per year.
Additional services
In addition to the NetReal Premium features, you can also consider getting more features for a more in depth website customization:
- Custom designed cover - Annually prepaid subscriptions ($149) will receive a custom designed cover. If you do not want to pay a whole year in advance, you can still get a custom designed cover page for $45.
- Flash intro a la carte . You can order one for $99.
- Custom templates (custom website header) Γ?ΒΆΓΆβ??‰β?¬Ε? You can order one for $45.
Email accounts
You will also get a 10Mb email account accessible via web or email client (e.g. Outlook express).
2. The VIP membership - $34.49/month, $349/year
There is a $30 startup fee and you can cancel whenever you want. And as a valued client, we offer you a hefty 20% discount to all of our products and services.
Aside from the Premium Membership features, the VIP members get the following:
Website sections
Your NetReal website contains the same sections as the NetReal Premium Package, plus the following sections:
For your listings - You will be able to showcase every type of listing in its own separate page: Commercial Properties, Land For Sale, Industrial Properties, Vacation Rentals, Lofts, Condos and Apartments, as well as a special page for FSBO listings.
For resources - These new pages are filled with quality information for your visitors, courtesy of NetReal: the Free Reports page where your visitors can request useful reports to be sent to their inbox, the Mortgage Center page and the Relocation Package page which contain articles and files with information for home buyers, and relocating clients respectively, and a comprehensive Glossary with mortgage and real estate terms.
For your local partners - In addition to your Recommended Links page, there is now a special page for your real estate partners: appraisers, attorneys, mortgage brokers, movers.
Domain and hosting
With the NetReal VIP Package, you will get one domain name (www.myname.com) included, as well as hosting. You can also direct other domains to your website (either a domain name bought from NetReal, or from a 3rd party provider).
Additional services
The NetReal VIP Package contains these customized features:
- Annually prepaid subscriptions ($349 + $30 setup fee) will receive 4 customs templates a year and an animated flash intro
- Monthly paid subscriptions will receive 4 customs templates and a custom designed cover page.
Email accounts
You will get three email accounts of 10Mb each (or one 30Mb account).
In case you need a professional email account this feature is what you're looking. Each email account provides 1Gb storage, web access, POP and SMTP access, email forwarding, Spam Protection and Antivirus Protection. All the VIP packages will get by default a pack of 3 professional email accounts.
