Using the text from another document with the online editor

How do I use the text from another document with the online editor?

Solution:

Let's say you already have the text you need written in Word or another text processor and you wish to use it on your webpage or vice versa.
Open the online editor. Observe the sixth group of buttons on the top line of the editor's toolbar: the Copy, Cut and Paste buttons.
First you need select the piece of text. To select a paragraph, click the left mouse button at its beginning, then hold and drag the pointer over it.
To copy a piece of text, you have three options. First option is to use the Copy selection button (the 13th button, the one with two sheets of paper superimposed on it), the second is to use the Ctrl+C keyboard shortcut and the third is to click the right-button of the mouse on the selected text and choose the Copy option from the menu.
These options apply to the other two operations.
For the Cut operation, the first option is to use the Cut selection button (the 14th button, the one with the scissors on it), the second is to use the Ctrl+X keyboard shortcut and the third is to click the right-button of the mouse on the selected text and choose the Cut option from the menu.
Important: Text formatting can be lost from one type of document to another, due to the differences between text processors.
The copy/cut text needs to be attached to your document. To do this, use the Paste operation. First option is to use the Paste selection button (the 15th button, the one with clipboard on it), the second is to use the Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut and the third is to click the right-button of the mouse on the selected text and choose the Paste option from the menu. If you click the right mouse button anywhere in the online editor (the editing space, not the toolbar), you will get an editor menu containing the Paste button, the four Justify buttons and a last button, ?Remove the <P> element? (this button allows you to remove the paragraph formatting ).
