Customizing my autoresponder messages

Problem:

How do I customize my autoresponder messages?

Solution:

In business relations is always best to treat customers with individual care and attention. This fact can be translated to an Internet relationship by showing your prospective clients that there's a real person at the other end of the Internet connection not a robot.
Every time a visitor submits an online form from your website, the action is confirmed by a web-based message (in the browser window) and by an email message as well. You can customize these messages and turn the email confirmation ON/OFF.
Login to your NetReal Control Panel account. Press on the My Site Builder tab in the left-side menu to expand this section, then click on the last link of the submenu, Autoresponder Messages.
The Autoresponder Messages page contains a list of all the subsections of the site that contain automated messages and their correspondent pages. Each subsection bar has an Edit button and an ?On/Off? button to activate/deactivate it.
The procedure is identical for each subsection and the tools are very similar, only the default messages differ.
For example, to customize the messages for the first subsection, Ask for more info, either click the link in the name or the Edit button. This will open a popup window containing editing fields for the web message and the email message. Change the two texts to your versions, then click the Change button to save your changes.
