Troubleshooting: the site is inactive

Problem:

Why do I get an Under Construction page when I try to see my website?

Solution:

It is possible when pressing the View My Website button to get to a page saying ?Website Under Construction, please come back soon?. Do not worry.
There are two possible reasons for this: you haven't chosen a template and/or a subdomain name or you've pressed the ?Activate/Suspend? button by mistake (this button is at the bottom of the left-side main menu from your NetReal Control Panel). These situations are very easy to remedy. Check to see if you have the template/subdomain name selected and look at the ?Activate/Suspend? button (when the site is inactive the button reads Activate and vice versa).
