Description: ShowingDesk(formerly CallTrax) is the most popular front desk or "updesk" software for real estate offices with ten or more agents and is used by 2,000 offices. ShowingDesk enables offices to set showings efficiently, capture the source of new business from ad calls, and keep front desk details running smoothly.
It is designed specifically for receptionists, call coordinators, showings/listings secretaries and other support personnel. It is Windows-based and can be used on a local area network in your office (no additional charge for network installation).
For real estate offices in markets where showing appointments are set by the listing office, ShowingDesk allows users to record all details of every showing quickly and easily. And ShowingDesk offers complete "call coordinator" functions for entering and tracking the source and prospect name and phone number from all ad calls and sign calls.
Using Windows point-and-click simplicity, support personnel can quickly enter information while talking with the caller on the phone. Then an immediate notification of the showing appointment or prospect information is automatically printed for your agent and can be sent via e-mail.
In addition to agent notifications, ShowingDesk generates 20 valuable reports and lists for management, agents, support personnel and homeowners: listing information, showing appointments, activities on all listings, advertising effectiveness, prospect information, leads management, agent information target marketing and more.
A security function allows ShowingDesk to be used by agents and/or their assistants to view listing information and to make entries of certain activities on listings. Through password protection, agents cannot access information on other agents' prospects, make changes to listing information, or generate certain proprietary reports.
Price shown is for a site license for one office. Per office discounts and full-company licensing are available for multiple-office purchasers. On-site training is available for a fee but is generally not required.
