Using the organizer?
Problem:How do I use the organizer?
Solution:Login to your NetReal Control Panel account. Press on the My e-Office tab in the left-side menu to expand this section, then click on the third link of the submenu, My Organizer.
The page contains two buttons: Add event and Email Event Reminder, a search bar and the calendar (the organizer).
Click on Add event. The page will expand with an Add event form beneath the search bar. Enter an event name, then select a date using the drop-down menus (date and time). Now enter a description for the event. Click Submit to enter this event in your calendar.
The organizer displays the current month with the current day highlighted. You have the option to have it display a different period of time using the drop-down menus (month, date) and the links at the bottom of the calendar. Change the date to your wish, then press Go.
In the calendar, click on the event. A popup window will open displaying the date, name and description of the event. You can choose to edit or delete each one.
In the events calendar page, you also have the option to search for an event. All the events from your calendar that match your search criteria are displayed with edit and delete options.
You have the option to choose to receive an email reminder a number of days before the event - this number can also be set to a desired value. This setting is for all the events in your calendar. Click on the Email Event Reminder button. After you make your settings, click Submit.
