A Sure-Win Postcard

[ by Jinky C. Mesias ]
Postcards have for years been used by companies in promoting their various services and products. And because of the vast number of demands for quality postcards, the postcard industry has come up with new and effective postcard designing techniques that ensure successful postcard advertising.

Colored postcards are great means of advertising businesses. They project vitality and life, qualities that depicts a prosperous and sturdy company. Likewise, colored postcards are excellent attention grabber and a great way of reaching your prospective clients.

And to increase further its allure it's a good idea to have both sides of the postcards colored so that it can be easily recognized from among the bulk of mails your prospective clients are probably receiving.

However, it is important to keep in mind to choose only the best in quality color postcards printing services in order to ensure that the printed postcards meet your set standards. Remember that these postcards will represent your business to your prospective clients and a poorly done postcard will just be rejected. And that's something that you don't want to happen.

Another great way of creating postcard is to have it customized by means of adding pictures associated to your business placed on them. This way your prospective clients will be given an outright idea on the type of business you are promoting. The pictures will entice prospective clients to visit and then take hold of products and services you are offering.

And also don't forget to place on your postcards valuable information about your business, your products and services that will benefit your clients. Prospective clients loved being informed since it helps them in their decision making. Likewise, it is also a great idea to have upcoming products and services placed on your postcards.

This also implies that the business is continuously growing since it is promoting new products and services. Keep in mind that clients mostly patronize businesses that they trust and which they perceive to be strong.

In addition, there are limitless possibilities with what one can do with postcards. All it requires is an imaginative and creative mind. Different businesses require unique postcard design concepts. Nonetheless, the quality of the postcard would still depend on the postcard printing services you choose.

So take some time to surf on the net and browse on various color postcard printing companies and choose from among them that which you deem the best one. And if ever you are in doubt never hesitate to ask. There are some color postcard printing providers that have friendly customer operators that are available 24 hours a day to answer all customers' queries just waiting for your call.

Will be useful for some agents to know about dressing code, what to not wear, and how about this situation: we must be friends or only professionals with the clients? Thank you.

Okay, guys & gals. I've only been in the biz for 5 years (and it's terrible right now - thank god my husband's employed!). Most/all articles on internet do end up trying to sell you something. At least with postcards, you can target a specific audience (neighborhood) whereas the newspaper - who reads that except me? One neighborhood I am targeting right now has had only a few homes sell in the past 5-10 yrs - I think it's time for those folks there to move - don't you? I'm in a transient area. I did this neighborhood last year and got a good response but my follow-up sucked. I could have sold at least 4 homes there!!! I'm FINALLY getting systems into place instead of counting on my broker who doesn't broker anyone.

Realtors only have one thing to sell. Make up some special cards to bring sellers to the agents.

Are you selling something here. You should take your own advice and use some color and really grab your audience. You text is to vauge...

Same as the rest. What a deceptive title and waste of valuable time!

You lied to us in the title. Are you suggesting we do that in our postcards? How about I write a postcard with "A Sure Way to Sell Your House for the Price You Want NOW" on the photo side and then suggest on the text side that they improve the curb appeal, neutralize the colors, price the home correctly and list with me because I'll put them on the Internet? Wouldn't that be the same as your "Sure-Win" article?

After reading hundereds of articles I believe they are nothing more than a leader to purchase a book or a program. There is no true value in most of them.

Agree with earlier comments. www.sparrowandjacobs.com Has some ideas for postcards and the prices seem fair. I would have liked to see some websites to view postcards or examples.

    nothing but a sales pitch.
  • Brian July 13, 2006
Tell us something that we didn't already know. Back up your statements with examples. Since this is suppose to be about real estate, why are they so general. Be more real estate specific.

I would be willing to swap post card ideas with other agents . Info@paulantonelli.net

That's it? Where's the example of this "sure win" postcard? Oh, put some colors on your postcard, reach your audience. I'm glad I wasted 5 minutes of my time to find that grossly unknown fact. If I could rate this article a zero I would.

I tried to click on your opinion selection, but nothing happened. My point was to be that clicking on a title like "sure win postcard" led me to expect to see an example of same. What I got was a lot of text. No pictures or examples. Then, there was the less than responsive opinion poll. Was I really at your site? Was this a figment of my imagination??? Sorry, but this sounded like a nice investment of my time. Lois Hughes, REALTOR(r) of 28 years
